The Day Spa Programme

We currently also have a special day guest programme called "The Day Spa Programme" where you can spend a day with us.

This programme is designed to let people have a taste of what it is like to stay at Highwood for a longer programme. In involves:

1. A health lecture or cooking class
2. A delicious vegan lunch
3. A massage
4. A steam sauna

All for ~~$180~~ $150 (on special)

The programme is by appointment only. Ph. 03 5963 7011 or 03 5963 7000. To enjoy all the features of this full day guests must get to Highwood by 9am and be prepared to stay until after the steam sauna which runs usually from 4-5pm.
